Heather has specialized in launch and change management projects for most of her career; however, she has a dynamic background. While in college Heather worked a myriad of jobs including as a CNA in nursing facilities and with hospice. In 2003, she started her career working in non-profits for the Astor Home, Community Living Corp, overseeing the apartments in Peekskill, and at Devereaux in Red Hook.

She then transitioned into Operations and HR with the City of New York and was part of the opening crew for LEGOLAND NY in Goshen seeing them from pre-open through the first 3 years while working on international projects for Merlin Entertainments (parent of LLNY). Most recently she was HR Director for a boutique hotel transforming the HR operations and building sustainable growth models as they prepared to launch additional hotels under Dutchfield Hospitality. She is dedicated to finding solutions that can benefit all and developing a continuous change mindset that can keep us all working together for lasting results that grow with us.

 Personal:

When not working, Heather is an avid reader and loves to cook (especially holiday feasts and treats)! She goes on regular expeditions to explore the Hudson Valley (hiking/walking) with her two children Logan (9) and Maddie (6). She also has a soft spot for animals and has been a foster home for dogs in previous years. Today she focuses on her three dogs Princess (Mastiff), Chewy & Beauty (Shipoo), and their two cats, Bastet & Tivoli.

Working in Residential and Mental Health facilities since 2003. She has been focused on Operations and HR with a specialty focus on launch and change management projects since 2011.
