We are excited to announce that, based on Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order allowing in-person New York special education programs to resume this summer, Shrub Oak has implemented a reopening plan to welcome both day and boarding students back onto campus. We are thrilled by the prospect of seeing our current students and families again, and providing prospective students with the opportunity to join the Shrub Oak family.
New students have the option of enrolling in either “A Taste of School,” a 6-week, fully-integrated Shrub Oak summer program, or the upcoming academic year, both of which begin July 6, 2020. Our education, campus life, and clinical staff will be on campus to ensure each student receives the individualized attention and care that is the hallmark of the Shrub Oak program. In addition to our robust academic and clinical services, students will have the opportunity to participate in a multitude of on-campus recreational activities.
To learn more, or to enroll, please contact Lauren Koffler, Head of Admissions, at lkoffler@shruboak.org.
We hope you and your loved ones remain healthy and well during this challenging time. Please know that all of us at Shrub Oak remain committed to providing your child with the very best education possible, in a safe, caring, and respectful environment.
We look forward to seeing you on campus soon.
