Professional:
Donna began her career operating residential programs for adults with co-occurring mental health challenges and developmental disabilities. After 11 years of residential work, she became the Director of Operations for an autism center where she worked for 7 years, and later moved on to become the director of a partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient program for adolescents and young adults with mental health challenges.
Donna holds a Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis and is passionate about her role at Shrub Oak because it gives her the opportunity to work directly with families, which she considers a privilege, recognizing the important role of family in the lives of children.
Personal:
In her free time, Donna enjoys journaling, writing, and spending time with her children and grandson.
