PROFESSIONAL:
John is a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) with more than 20 years in facility operations and maintenance management. This includes an extensive background in managing manufacturing and corporate facility operational teams. His dedication to teamwork and a lead-by-example mentality has given him the ability to create a culture of reliability, inclusion, motivation, and efficiency that is essential to productivity and success within the facility maintenance field.
Leadership and communication skills are his strongest assets and have given him the ability to continually and successfully improve and transition multiple maintenance organizations.
A significant amount of his experience has been gained while working within highly regulated industries, which had FDA or FAA oversite. This provided John with invaluable knowledge associated with compliance policies and procedures.
PERSONAL:
In his spare time, John enjoys participating in many outdoor sports and activities. He is an avid sports enthusiast, specifically a NY Rangers and NY Giants fan. Some of John’s favorite hobbies are renovating homes, spending time with his wife and two daughters, and traveling and visiting family.
